For shipping, damaged packages, missing packages, or refund requests, contact the seller or livestream sales team first unless they direct you to us.

Activation Problems

If your bracelet will not open the activation page, email loveandx01@gmail.com with your account email, order information, and a photo of the bracelet if possible.
